Party Information
Everything you need to know for a smooth and fun celebration.
Party Schedule
2 hours total
- Playtime — 1 hour 20 minutes
- Encourage little builders to make the most of this time — children may not return to play after food and cake time.
- Food & cake — final 40 minutes
- Enjoy food, cake, and celebration time in your private party room.
- After eating, children may not return to the play area, to allow time for cleaning and sanitizing before the next event.
Food & Decorations
- Bring your own cake and nut-free food
- Themed decorations and balloons are welcome (decorations are not provided)
- No glitter, confetti, piñatas, or face painting
- No alcohol permitted
- No fridge available — please plan accordingly if bringing an ice cream cake
- Party room includes chairs & tables, a backdrop, and a cake/food table
- We don't provide food, but we're happy to suggest local restaurants
Deposit & Payment
- Booking online pays for your party in full, so there's nothing left to settle on the day
- $50 of that is the non-refundable deposit that reserves your date
- Prefer to pay in person? Call us and we'll take the booking over the phone
- If any damage occurs to the facility caused by your guests, the deposit is forfeited
Party & Play Area Rules
- Waivers required for all guests (adults and children)
- No shoes or no socks
- No food or drink in play areas
- Respect the facility — damage will result in loss of deposit
- Infants under 6 months are not included in the final headcount
- Children over age 8 may not play in the structures during parties, for safety reasons
- No face painting, confetti, or glitter
- Late fees apply if your party exceeds the scheduled time
